Should you wish to see samples before placing your order, we are more than happy to arrange this for you. As we carry multiple ranges, we only keep limited stock, but, should the garments you require not be in our stock range, we will gladly order them for you.
We ask for payment before sending out samples and will refund the amount on receipt of the returned garments (less freight costs), providing the garments are returned in good condition. Any damaged or soiled garments will not be refunded. We have two weeks to return the garments to the manufacturers, so we would appreciate it if you could please return them within this time frame.
We accept payment by direct transfer, cheque, Visa or MasterCard.
Please be advised that some manufacturers do not offer a sampling service. In these cases, the samples must be purchased and cannot be returned. We will advise if this will be applicable on receipt of your sample request.
